Very disappointed on there dishonesty and over charging rates..

Aeroméxico staff is completely rude and don’t know customer service or even service at all. Alfredo at the airport at the time of baggage collection said so what if you’re baggage is taking more than an hour. Just speaking bad @aeromexico

We were served by a poorly aligned man sitting in a position that showed apathy, he angrily questioned the dates of my trip, he presented me with a quote on a poorly cut piece of paper and very high quotes, because when I called Gran Plan de Aeromexico they gave me quotes of Affordable prices, many options when he told me there were two.
